License
Each workbook purchase grants a single-operator license. You may use the workbook for your own STR portfolio, including unlimited properties owned or managed by you. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the file. PM companies and coaches: see Wholesale below.
Refunds
14-day no-questions refund window on every workbook. Email hello@thestrledger.com with your SKU.
No tax / legal advice
The workbooks compute numbers from your inputs. They are not tax, legal, or financial advice. Consult a CPA before filing.
